Bring Peace and Love to all

Light a candle to draw the angels closer. Sit and breathe yourself in

to a safe and sacred space, by taking deep breaths, slowly in and out. Close your eyes and focus on the space between your brows. Imagine you are facing North and call upon the Mighty Arch Angel Michael, Guardian of the North and the element of fire, offering your services for the highest good. Repeat to Arch Angel Raphael, Guardian of the East and the element of water. Now, face South to call upon Arch Angel Urial, guardian of the South and the element of Earth, and finally West, to Arch Angel Gabriel, Guardian of the West and the element of Air.

Straighten your spine and imagine a bright light shining through the top of your head. Down through your third eye, throat, heart, solar plexus, sacred and root and out through your feet and into the earth. Visualise yourself floating above earth, which has a golden web of light covering the surface in a diamond grid. Imagine an angelic being standing at every crossing and a golden loving light coming from your heart and growing stronger as you add it to the grid, bringing peace and love to all.

When ready sit back in your chair, breathe deeply and rub your hands and stamp your feet to the ground to ground yourself. Then carry on with your day and have peace, love and light within.

This is a meditation exercise that you should try to practice on a daily basis.
